At Grain Wood Furniture, we want you to love your new solid wood pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components into the original boxes with the protective padding to ensure safe transport.

Schedule a Pickup

Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the boxes and coordinate a pickup time with our designated freight carrier.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
